Here is what Jenny says about Equine Awakenings, and (AHEM!) my book!
Equine Awakenings started with my own opening to my gift of intuition during a mentorship for
equine facilitated psychotherapists. I've been a licensed psychotherapist for almost 10 years and
have been a horse person for more than twenty. I decided to blend the two and help facilitate healing
and empowerment for other people, which led me to find the mentorship.
Then, as God and the Universe usually do, I was blessed with some key interactions and
I realized that my deeper gifts of helping animals and people came through being able to translate
for the animals. I started realizing how the animals show us ways we can improve in our relationships
through their love, but also through their illnesses and behavior "problems".
Most of their "life lessons" are a direct mirror to what their owner needed awareness with
in order to lead fuller, happier lives. Also, most people learn a lot easier and listen a lot more
freely when their animal teaches something versus other people, etc.
I love your book and am thankful for your ability to educate in such a thorough manner. I especially enjoyed the humor and drawings in it.
